I made Halloween cookie trays for the teachers and staff at St. George School. And I also made Halloween cookie favors for my daughters preschool class.

Couples Shower - Tropical Theme

These cupcakes were Red Velvet and Chocolate. They were for a Couples Shower. The Groom was going to reveal where they were going on their honeymoon. All he would say was that it was somewhere tropical!

These cookies were for St. George Church. They requested a simple cross as their favor for the children receiving their First Eucharist.

This cupcake is my version of Rocky Road but with a twist! It is a chocolate cupcake with a layer of chocolate ganache, a mound of creamy marshmallows, sprinkled with chopped pecans and then drizzled with more ganache and homemade creamy caramel!!

Who Dat!

In honor of our AWESOME New Orleans Saints, I have created the Who Dat! cupcake. It is a vanilla cupcake with chocolate buttercream and praline poured on top! They are so good that I haven't been able to take a picture of one before they are all devoured! I'll be sure next time to take a picture before they are all gone! Stay tuned...
